Please note that e-statements and online payments are only available to non-orthodontic patients at this time. If you need a copy of your statement or need to make an orthodontic payment, please contact your Great Expressions orthodontics office.

The myEasyMatchSM code is usually located on the left-hand side of your billing statement, just under your mailing address.

We do not send out statements to patients with a zero balance. If you do not have a balance with Great Expressions, you will not be able to register for e-statements or online payment access.

No. Only the Account Guarantor can sign up for e-statements and online payment access. All your dependents will be included on one convenient statement.

After you sign up, you will receive an e-mail requesting you to confirm your e-mail address. Once you confirm, you will be able to log in.

To access your e-statements and online payment history, go to Bill Pay and click the “Pay Online Now” button.

Adobe Acrobat® Reader™ is free software used for viewing and printing of electronic forms. You will need this software installed in order for your computer to download, display or print your statement.

E-Statement Questions

E-statements are an electronic version of your mailed statement. The electronic statement is identical to the paper statement and can be viewed, printed, or saved right from your computer.

Each person can individually decide if they would like to continue receiving the paper statement. You are automatically enrolled in e-statements when you register. If you’d like to receive paper statements instead, click on the “Profile” tab in your account.

Paper statements can take up to three or four days using mail delivery. With e-statements, you can bypass this and receive your statements days earlier.

You will receive an email notification letting you know that your statement is ready for viewing. You can access your statement from any computer by logging into your online account.

If any questions arise, please reference the Contact Us section found on the login page.

Your e-statement notification can only be sent to one location, but you can access your account from any computer.

You can view current and past statements and payments for 12 months, beginning with your June 2013 statement, if applicable.

All statements can be saved on your personal computer. Simply open up the statement and select File > Save or click the Save Statement icon in your online account.

Once you have logged into your account, simply select the statement icon to view your statement.

No, e-statements are completely free.

All of your personal information is password protected and is secured with a 128-bit encryption to ensure your personal information is secure.

Any statement can be printed just as any document on your computer.

Log in to your personal account and select “Profile.” If at any time you need to change your address, name, or contact information, all information can be updated on this tab.

Log in to your personal account and update your profile by selecting paper statements only.

By enrolling in e-statements and using the online payment access, you are automatically enrolled to receive e-mail appointment confirmation reminders. If you’d like to unsubscribe from e-mail appointment confirmation reminders, you may do so at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” button in your e-mail.
