Bringing Smiles to Overtown: Coral Way GEDC Volunteers at Lotus House

This past weekend, our team at Great Expressions Dental Centers of Coral Way had the honor of volunteering at Lotus House, a women’s shelter serving the Miami and Overtown communities. Giving back to our neighbors is close to our hearts, and we’re proud to support organizations making a real difference right here in South Florida.

Thanks to the generosity of Pura Vida, we were able to provide healthy meals and refreshments during the event. Our very own doctor and team members also offered free dental exams to children from the Overtown neighborhood!

In addition to providing dental screenings, we handed out toothbrushes, dental hygiene kits, and educational flyers, ensuring the children and families had the tools they need to maintain healthy smiles at home. These supplies were made possible by the support of our community and the resources left over from our previous event.
